David has been a pastor for over a decade and loves to see the body of Christ built up into the likeness of Jesus- re-presenting him to the world around them.

Valerie Carpenter | worship pastor

Valerie has been serving and leading worship teams in Orange County for over a decade. She has a heart to gaze on the beauty of Jesus and keep the “main thing” the “main thing” when it comes to worship. She leads from a place of purity and her depth of relationship with Jesus is evident in the way she tenderly brings others to his feet in worship.

Joan BROWN | Chief prayer visionary

Joan is passionate about interceding for the church. She loves the business of prayer! She enjoys helping believers understand that they have the greatest and most powerful prayer partner on the inside of them - the Holy Spirit! She teaches how to partner with the Holy Spirit to pray from the realm of the Spirit in order to bring about the plans and purposes of God in the earth. There is a satisfaction and a joy that comes from partnering with God in prayer!c

Tawni Carney | Children’s director

Tawni Carney is a passionate advocate for sowing into the kingdom of God by empowering the next generation through the transformative power of Scripture. With a heart for nurturing young hearts and minds, Tawni is dedicated to equipping children with the Bible, helping them build strong foundations of faith that will last a lifetime. Her mission is to make the Word of God accessible, relatable, and inspiring to children, encouraging them to grow in their relationship with Christ and to live out their faith boldly. Through creative teaching, mentorship, and hands-on ministry, she is committed to raising up a generation that will carry the message of hope and truth into the world.

Tawni also believes that there is no "kids' meal" Holy Spirit. Children have access to the same Holy Spirit as adults, and they are fully capable of hearing God's voice and walking in His guidance. By fostering an environment where kids can practice listening to God and discerning His will, Tawni equips them to live out their faith in a powerful, everyday way. She is passionate about instilling in children that hearing from God is not just a possibility—it’s a lifestyle that can begin at a young age and grow as they walk in obedience and faith.
